Everything is more complicated with a dog, because its security base is precisely its owner. You can leave her at home on condition of a short-term departure, for example for a weekend. Friends or a hired dog walker and dog sitter can look after your pet. But their presence must be constant, otherwise the dog’s anxiety and destructive behavior cannot be avoided, because loneliness is not only difficult for him, but also scary.
Overexposure or hotel
When choosing this option, first of all you should give preference to trusted places with proper documents and appropriate conditions for detention. It’s definitely not worth saving here: cramped conditions and large concentrations of animals inevitably lead to conflicts between them, and irregular cleaning and simply careless attitude can cause serious problems with the pet’s health, which will result in much greater expenses in the future. Otherwise, this solution is good for both cats and dogs. The first, of course, experience difficulties and serious psychological stress at first, but many withstand such a move with dignity and quickly get used to the new environment. And yes, it is desirable to have no contact with fellow humans if they have not previously been in their company. With dogs everything is somewhat simpler. In this case, her day will be filled with stimuli and activities, she will be in society, which is natural for her. In addition, hotel staff can be asked to send daily photo and video reports about how your pet’s day went, how he ate and with whom he played. The price of the service, of course, is rather high, but your peace of mind and the excellent well-being of your pet are worth it.

In addition, it is imperative to protect it from local diseases and increase overall stamina. But there is one important plus - it strengthens relationships and broadens horizons.
